Leadership North Carolina Inducts VantageSouth Regional President to Board of Directors

RALEIGH, N.C. - June 3, 2014 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, N.C. – June 3, 2014 – The Leadership North Carolina program - created in 1995 - continues to deepen its roots throughout the state as emergent professionals are brought together each year to discuss and explore such topics as government, economic development, health and human services, education and the environment. The program, which seeks out those individuals with open minds and educated perspectives, not only elevates personal and professional networking, but promotes intellectual discussions which will, expectantly, turn into the betterment of North Carolina and the people and communities that call the Tar Heel State home.

Recently welcomed into the LNC family, Jim Rose of VantageSouth Bank serves as a wonderful new addition to the list of well-accomplished and well thought of professionals who make up the 24-person Board of Directors.

Rose, who joins the Board with a strong professional resume saturated with business banking and finance expertise, oversees a large team of Commercial and Agribusiness Bankers peppered throughout the eastern region of the state. As Regional President at VantageSouth, Rose’s management and leadership skills are tested often, and his ability to continually rise to the top and produce results directly reflects his recent induction to LNC’s Board.
