Follow on Google News | ![]() Cornerstone Shop & Gallery Welcomes Renowned Artists over July 4th WeekendOn Saturday, July 5th, from 1-3 pm, painter William Nelson will sign prints of some of his Geneva Lake paintings. Nelson’s work has been featured in major exhibits around the world, including the Smithsonian Institution and the National Gallery of Art, and he’s completed paintings for the private collections of Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward, Burt Reynolds, Morton’s Steakhouse and Universal Studios, but Lake Geneva is one of his favorite subjects to paint. On Sunday, July 6th, from 2-4 pm, Lake Geneva native and nationally known illustrator Neal Aspinall will be signing copies of his book, “The Iconic Poster Artwork of Neal Aspinall-Pure Genuine Lake Geneva.” This title features images of all of Aspinall’s Lake Geneva posters, including Black Point, Yerkes Observatory, Riviera, Antique & Classic Boat Show, Baker House and more, plus local logos he’s designed and his commissioned artwork. A collection of notecards featuring his artwork will also be available. The public is invited to attend.
