Follow on Google News | Rockland Trust Provides Support for the area's hospice residence, the Pat Roche Hospice HomeBy: NVNA and Hospice The 12-bed non-profit hospice residence is open to anyone qualified to receive hospice services who cannot remain within their own home for end-of-life care. The NVNA Hospice Team provides the same level of care to patients living in the hospice residence as they do to patients living in their own homes. The focus of care is on providing physical, emotional, social and spiritual support for patients and their families. Patients have their own private room with bathroom, and can share common areas where family can gather and visit, such as library, tea room, a family lounge area with full kitchen, outside porch, and spectacular surrounding grounds. “We are extremely grateful to Rockland Trust for their generous support of the Pat Roche Hospice Home,” said Don Beaudette, President of NVNA and Hospice Board of Directors. “David Smith and Rockland Trust are true partners in supporting the health care services that bring the best quality of life to residents across the South Shore. We thank them for their donation and support of our non-profit hospice residence.” About NVNA and Hospice Founded in 1920, NVNA and Hospice is the only independent, non-profit home health care and hospice agency serving the South Shore.
