The second part of this is the mental issues that go along with that.  A lot of people for one aren’t’ very happy when it comes to their own personal health.  That causes them to be even more depressed later on, making it worse.  When a person has a bit of mental issues in their life, such as they just went through a breakup or someone left them in any such way, they might turn to food for comfort.  However, as they keep eating they realize that their life is getting out of hand, and that’s where the real problems start to arise.  Food is good for you, but if you need something to help you in life for the better, just eat right and cope with the issues.  You don’t’ need to put your own personal health on the line for a problem.
