Reiki Certification Training: Linda Mitchell’s Three-Day Course

NEWTON, N.J. - July 1, 2014 - PRLog -- In honor of Independence Day, Linda Mitchell, the Tree of Health Center’s founder, partner and director, presents her “Independence from Stress” Reiki Certification Training workshop, a three-day class and first step to Reiki Healing Mastery. The small, intimate class is held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 18th, 19th and 20th.

Reiki is a healing treatment based on the idea that all living things have a special energy flowing through them, known as “life energy.” A session of Reiki will release negative feelings or thoughts and leave the client feeling positive and with the overall feeling of lightheartedness and wellbeing. As a Reiki Healing Master, Linda feels pride and great gratification to bring joy to her clients and relieve them of negative energy.

Linda will integrate different techniques for a Reiki healing practice. She will begin with a lecture describing Reiki hand positions, follow it through with a class discussion and proceed with a hands-on session where each student will master the Reiki procedures.

The three-day class incorporates Reiki history and principles; the seven essential Chakras; necessary meditations; hand positions for thorough and brief Reiki treatment sessions; self healing; individual attunement and a basic workshop for becoming a Reiki practitioner.

To be recognized as a trained Reiki I practitioner, each students must prove his or her “Independence from Stress” Reiki skills on a real client by The Tree of Health Center’s Reiki Master who will supervise the session and evaluate the student’s competence and efficiency.
