Jen started at LOA Marketing one year ago. She proved immediately dedicated, learned very quickly, and according to Rachel, "She is an incredibly hard worker who is dedicated and consistent," says Rachel. "It was an obvious choice for her to take over our existing office."

With the Bountiful office in good hands, Rachel brings the rest of the team with her to Tigard. It is her expectation that the new office will reach the same goals as the previous office. Rachel looks to promote more team members into director positions and continue to grow into new territories and open more offices through the remainder of the year.
