The Speicher Group Recognized as One of America’s Best Real Estate Agents

OLNEY, Md. - July 28, 2014 - PRLog -- The Speicher Group was recently named one of REAL Trends’ Best Real Estate Agents in America.

REAL Trends’ partnered with Trulia to announce the 2014 Best Real Estate Agents in America, which  ranks nearly 9,500 residential real estate agents solely based on their excellence in real estate sales during calendar year 2013. All production numbers are independently verified by a third-party in order to ensure accuracy and report integrity. This group of highly successful real estate sales agents represents less than 1 percent of all real estate practitioners in the United States.  To be included in the ranking, agents must have closed at least 50 transactions.

The Speicher Group was recognized by REAL Trends as a top real estate agent in Maryland. The team ranked 33^rd in the state based on team transaction sides with 106 total transaction sides. The Speicher Group also ranked 26^th in Maryland based on sales volume with a total of $44,020,215 in sales.
