DEI’s Floor & Tunnel Shield II (F&T II™) Gets All New Package, New Look

AVON LAKE, Ohio - Aug. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- DEI has introduced an eye-catching new retail package for the company’s extreme heat barrier Floor & Tunnel Shield II (F&T II™.)  The front panel prominently features the colorful DEI flame logo and a large die cut window.  Customers can now actually feel the quality of the product. The 4”x 4” x 22” package also now features a convenient hang tag to provide flexibility for use with most plan-o-grams or retail shelving. Multiple color photos have been incorporated on both side panels to show potential product use on one side, and on the opposite, a visual step-by-step guide for installation. All product features, benefits and potential uses of the product are now readily apparent with the new design.

F&T II was developed as an extreme heat barrier for automotive, marine and RV applications. F&T II protects up to 1750° F heat making it ideal for use on fire walls, transmission tunnels, floor boards, above header collectors and exhaust pipes, fuel cells, motorcycle fairings or heat collecting marine and RV engine compartments.

The new package not only makes it easy for customers to decide that F&T II is the product they need, now it conveys the ease of using the product and all the different ways it can be used as a heat insulator or sound barrier. F&T II is currently available in two sizes: 3.5 sq. ft. or 7 sq. ft.; respectfully 21” x 24” (part #050501) or 21” x 48” (part #050502).
