Actress/Model CHELSEA O’TOOLE partners with Cylence Media Management

O’Toole was born in Florida and grew up in New Jersey. She graduated from Rutgers University with honors, with a major in Media/Journalism for Broadcasting and a minor in Theater with concentrations in Music/Dance. O'Toole currently lives in Los Angeles, but regularly visits various portions of the Pacific as well as Eastern film markets, readily available for casting bi-coastally for projects in New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia and Miami.
