Booker is a Raleigh native. He attended NB Broughton High School and was a BSA Eagle Scout. Booker has a passion for food and also trained as a chef on Nantucket, MA. He now lives back in Raleigh with his wife Deborah who is a Realtor. They are expecting their first child in October.
