Attorney Suzanne Boy to Present Southwest Florida Medical Association

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Oct. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- On October 9, Employment Law Attorney Suzanne Boy of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt will speak at the membership meeting of the Medical Group Management Association (“MGMA”) of Southwest Florida at the DoubleTree Hilton in Naples. Boy will discuss “Top 10 Reasons Employees Sue Their Employers,” a presentation designed to help practice administrators, managers, and doctors avoid common employment law issues that can affect every practice.

Boy concentrates her practice in employment law, assisting clients with all aspects of employment-related litigation, claims, and client counseling. She also has an active appellate practice. Boy is the lead blogger and editor of the Southwest Florida Employment Law Blog, and frequently speaks to businesses and professional groups on employment matters. She was also selected as one of Southwest Florida’s 40 Under 40 by Gulfshore Business Magazine and Business Observer in 2014.

Boy is the 2014 President-Elect of the HRMA of Southwest Florida, a local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She also serves on the Canterbury School Board of Trustees, the Greater Fort Myers Chamber Women in Business Committee, and the Twentieth Judicial Circuit’s Grievance Committee.
