Moss & Associates building Phase One of Via Mizner in Boca Raton

BOCA RATON, Fla. - Oct. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Moss & Associates has been awarded a construction contract from Penn-Florida for Via Mizner, Phase One of the developer’s 830,000-square-foot, mixed-use development in downtown Boca Raton.

Phase One of the landmark development at 998 South Federal Highway will include a 14-story, luxury apartment building with 366 units (458,000 SF) along with 18,000 SF of street-level retail and office space and a 254,000-SF covered parking garage. The fifth story of the apartment building will consist of an amenities deck with a heated pool, private reflecting pool and lounge area, clubroom, gym, yoga studio, café, and locker rooms.

Designed by Miami-based architects Urvanx, phase one of Via Mizner includes 366 high-end apartments consisting of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom residences. Each unit will have a balcony with city, golf, or ocean views in the carefully planned and stepped Mediterranean-style building. Subsequent phases will include a five-star hotel and luxury condominium residences. The centrally-located project is within one mile of the beach in the emerging downtown district known as Silver Palm Park, and within walking distance to the best downtown Boca Raton has to offer.
