German American Chamber of Commerce – Colorado Chapter Welcomes New President, Vice President

The German American Chamber of Commerce – Colorado Chapter (GACC-CO) has appointed a new chamber President, Mr. Peter Einsle, who had previously served as the chamber’s Vice President for one year.

DENVER - Oct. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Mr. Einsle was born in Oberstdorf im Allgau, Germany. In 1951, he and his family immigrated to New York and in 1954 relocated to Colorado, where he has been a resident since.

Fluent in German, Mr. Einsle remained an integral part of the German community by becoming a Schuhplattler for the Denver Kickers and being involved with the GACC-CO for nearly 15 years.

Mr. Einsle holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Colorado and has been a practicing architect for over 30 years. He has been a member of the American Institute of Architects since 1985; during this time he has held several committee positions including state chapter secretary and the co-chair of the 2001 national convention held in Denver.

Filling Mr. Einsle’s vacant seat as Vice President is Austrian-born Gregor Vogrin. This graduate of the Vienna University of Economics and Business gained his first business experience with a renowned international sporting goods company. After 7 years working with consulting and equity firms he started at GCI Management in 2005, a Munich, Germany headquartered consulting firm advising mid-market companies and corporates on strategic, operational and financial issues.

Heading GCI’s U.S. arm, Mr. Vogrin supports German speaking companies entering the U.S. market with U.S. business planning and execution, i.e. green-field initiatives including interim management and sales support, as well as buy-side transactions and investor searches. German companies already operating in Colorado are supported with the full set of consulting tools that help to significantly improve operational and financial performance: Cost reduction and process optimization programs ranging from working capital to supply chain management squarely aimed at improving productivity and results.

Both officers are looking forward to their new roles in the organization.
