Green Kid Crafts Acquires Appleseed Lane

SAN DIMAS, Calif. - Oct. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Green Kid Crafts, an award-winning subscription service that promotes science exploration and creativity for kids ages 3-10, has acquired Appleseed Lane, an educational products company that provides project-based learning experiences through monthly STEM kits.

The Green Kid Crafts team will be working hand-in-hand with Appleseed Lane’s founders to ensure a seamless transition and the continuation of high-quality products and services to its newly acquired customers. “Expanding our STEM offerings is a significant area of focus for us. This acquisition will play a key part in helping us to innovate and grow our family-focused company," stated Bauder.

District Capital Partners acted as financial advisor to Appleseed Lane. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
