Leadership Vision Welcomes Dan Fairley to Executive Coaching and Consulting Team

CARMEL, Ind. - Oct. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Jim Struck, President of Carmel-based coaching and consulting firm Leadership Vision, announced the addition of Dan Fairley to their executive coaching and consulting team.  For more than 20 years, Dan has served as a trusted advisor to more than 150 clients, most of which have been hospitals or physician groups.  Dan recently relocated to the Indianapolis area and brings a focus of executive coaching, performance management, pay-for-performance planning and executive succession planning to the Leadership Vision team.

Dan has served as a Senior Officer and practice leader in the healthcare, consumer, and contract services sectors where clients have benefited from his experience in facilitating and achieving sustainable organizational change, deploying best practices in talent and lean management to achieve clarity, focus and execution of accelerated strategic imperatives and his knowledge and understanding of Board and Committee governance. Dan’s education includes a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science degrees from Indiana University and his experience includes authoring more than 20 publications and operating as a featured speaker in more than 20 engagements throughout his career. Dan’s belief in excellence in leadership and commitment to constantly engage leaders in changing and growing is an ideal fit for the Leadership Vision organization.

Leadership Vision was formed by Jim Struck in 2006 after 21 years as CEO of Mutual Hospital Services in Indianapolis. During that time, he was active in leadership roles with the ACA, NHCA and President of the Indiana Pressler Memorial Chapter of HFMA.  Jim’s 30+ years in senior leadership allows him to use his skills and experience to engage collaboratively those individuals and organizations who want to raise their capacity to be great leaders and great organizations. He is recognized nationally for his writing and speaking on leadership and coaching.
