Daniel Gale Sotheby’s John Pan Named to NY Metro AREAA Board Post

COLD SPRING HARBOR, N.Y. - Nov. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- John/Jun Wei Pan, a real estate agent with Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty (DGSIR), one of the nation’s leading realtors, was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), NY Metro Chapter. Nominated by past president Angie Lee and current president Cassandra Cho at the organization’s Board of Directors Election Dinner in New York City, John’s board membership was accepted by unanimous vote. The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) is a nonprofit professional trade organization dedicated to promoting sustainable homeownership opportunities in Asian American communities.

John joined Daniel Gale Sotheby’s Old Westbury office in 2013 with significant real estate experience gained from the New York City market.  After a successful tenure in financial services, John launched his real estate career as an investor in Manhattan and Queens, and later expanded into commercial transactions and property management.  Invited to join exclusive sales teams, John successfully marketed and sold luxury residential condominiums and townhouse complexes within New York City, and was soon engaged by a Chinese real estate development firm where he oversaw and assisted in marketing international development projects.

A resident of Flushing, John speaks Chinese, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
