Imbesi Christensen submitted an appeal alleging the hearing judge made mutiple errors of fact and law which warranted a reversal of the decision. After a review of the appellate documents, the UI Appeal Board reversed the hearing judge's decision. A copy of the decision can be viewed on the law firm's website, www.lawicm.com. A.L.J. Subsequent to the initial hearing, the former employee of Wells Fargo filed a FINRA arbitration requesting compensatory damages in the amount of $3,700,0000.
