Raised in Hollywood, Florida,Richard DeNapoli left his hometown as a young adult to attend New York University, where he earned two degrees in 1999, followed by his Juris Doctorate in 2002 from Fordham Law School.  Mr. DeNapoli then returned to his home state to attend and graduate from University of Miami Law School in 2008 for a Masters of Law in Estate Planning (LL.M.). Richard DeNapoli is licensed to practice law in Florida, and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. DeNapoli was also appointed to the Florida Real Estate Commission in 2007, and completed his second term on the Commission in December 2013.

Richard DeNapoli worked as a Trust and Investment Officer for five years at Northern Trust, providing services to high net worth individuals. Currently, he serves as a Vice President of Members Trust Company in Tampa Florida, with assets under management of over $1.7 billion dollars.
