(Palm Beach Gardens, FL - December 2, 2014)  The Lyons Art Gallery is opening a new exhibition -- The Pursuit of Immortality by Helen Stein -- opens Thursday, Dec. 11, and runs through Jan. 2.  The Gallery is part of Mandel JCC, located at 5221 Hood Road.

A Palm Beach resident, Helen Stein is known for her dynamic and energetic works (that) are a culmination of years of learning. Her distorted larger than life watercolors and acrylics, with their bold and dramatic sweeps of color, explode off the canvas. "Time is the invisible enemy" is one of her recurring artistic themes, and Ms. Stein's work is featured in many private and corporate collections.
