Make It Major Toy Drive: Denver HVAC Company Brings Gifts to Kids at Mitchell’s Mobile Home Court

DENVER - Dec. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Major, a Denver heating and air conditioning (HVAC) company, has leveraged its connection with the North Pole and invited Santa to town to give out age-appropriate Christmas presents to approximately 70 children residing at Mitchell’s Mobile Home Court.

“We care about people and their families,” said Jack Major, Jr., President of Major, “and we enjoy making a difference. Brightening Christmas for these kids will provide a moment of happiness and a little relief for their parents. We’re glad to have the opportunity to do so.” Major noted his excitement that Santa had not only been able to make time to visit but also cross-referenced each child’s name, successfully confirming each of them are on the “nice” list. “So,” he said, “everything just worked out great.”

The event is being conducted by Major’s “Make-It-Major” Committee, which the company recently created to be a vehicle for employee and culture development. Within minutes of confirming event logistics, the committee and other members of the Major Team volunteered their time to purchase and wrap gifts for each kid. The “Make It Major” Toy Drive is the committee’s first external event.
