Night Vision India 2015 Draws Major Players to India

DELHI, India - Dec. 28, 2014 - PRLog -- The third edition of Night Vision India 2015 conference & exhibition will be held at the DRDO HQ location in New Delhi on 22-23 Januarty 2015.

Major procurements of night vision devices, night sights, night vision goggles and equipment for fighting vehciles for the Indian Army are expected to take place in 2015.

Thousands of night sights for Carbines, night goggles for helicopters, night vision devices for Improved BMP-II Infantry Fighting Vehicles, thermal imagers for T90 Tanks and a number of other smaller items for the Indian Armed Forces will be procured.

In addition, Refquests for Information have already been issued for procurement of Uncooled Thermal Imager-based Drivers Night Sights (DNS) for T90 Tank and Uncooled TI-type Passive Night Sights for Rifle AK-47.

The Conference & Exhibition is being organised by the Centre for Joint Warfare Studies and Indian Military Review.

Tata Power SED, Controp Precision Technologies, SCD Semi Conductor Devices, HGH, Sofradir and ULIS are among the major players who have signed up to join as exhibitors.
