SAN FRANCISCO - Jan. 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Aaron Turley works in the healthcare profession, but since 2006 he's been moonlighting as a rap artist, working to help others improve their quality of life through music. Turleys growing fan base knows him as Fully Ap, a man with laid-back demeanor and a burning belief that music can transform and empower those around him.
