Follow on Google News | GMSDC Names Vivian Rodriguez New Director of CommunicationsGeorgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC) puts a new face to their innovative marketing approach for 2015.
By: GMSDC A veteran strategist with many years of marketing, advertising, writing and freelance consulting under her belt, Rodriguez comes to the Council with a broad base of both B2B and B2C experience. She has managed customer programs, search engine optimization, digital content strategy and marketing for a number of brands throughout her career, most recently serving as a consultant to small business owners and organizations all over Georgia. An alumna of Georgia State University in Atlanta, Rodriguez is an active volunteer who strongly believes in supporting causes that support both the community, and the arts. She currently sits on the board of Creative Community Services, one of Georgia’s largest non-profits serving developmentally challenged adults and children in the community. The President and CEO of the GMSDC, Stacey Key, is excited about the addition of such a versatile skillset to her team. “Vivian brings a fresh perspective to our efforts, and a skill set that will be vital to implementing what we want to do with our brand in the New Year,” says Key. “As we move the organization toward “Realizing Tomorrow,” we need a savvy digital communicator driving our messaging effort.
