Saddleback Church is Launching Its Newest SoCal Campus in Costa Mesa

The newest Saddleback Church campus will will have its grand opening on Super Bowl Sunday

COSTA MESA, Calif. - Jan. 26, 2015 - PRLog -- Rick Warren, founder and senior pastor of Saddleback Church, will be launching the church’s newest campus in the community of Newport Mesa on Super Bowl Sunday, February 1. This new location not only gives a permanent home to the former Huntington Beach campus congregation, it allows the church to throw open their doors seven days a week to serve the surrounding communities.

“Saddleback Church offers so many programs for everyone from infants to adults that strengthen families, offer hope and support, and help people find their life purpose,” says Newport Mesa Campus Pastor, Moses Camacho. He, his wife, and three boys are residents of Newport Beach. “I am so excited for Saddleback to be a part of this amazing community and serve the people in the Newport Mesa area,” he adds.

Pastor Moses is not alone in his excitement. For the past four months, members of the Huntington Beach campus have been preparing the new building for its grand opening. After four years of setting up and tearing down each weekend for worship services at Ocean View High School, the church is glad to finally have a place to call home. Situated directly across from Triangle Square in Costa Mesa, the new building is centrally located and convenient to families in the beach cities area. The new building also provides the ability to offer programs and services that meet people’s greatest needs, including free counseling, Celebrate Recovery,® and support groups.

Saddleback Church has nine local Southern California campuses, four international campuses, and an online campus. Keeping with the vision of “come as you are,” each campus offers a relaxed, friendly environment with contemporary music, inspiring messages, and age-appropriate programs for children.

Grand opening services for the Newport Mesa campus will be held at 8:00, 9:30 and 11:15 AM on Sunday, February 1 in the Newport Plaza Building, 1901 Newport Boulevard, Costa Mesa, CA 92627. A celebration will follow each service, featuring a gourmet food truck, street performers, and both an airbrush and balloon artist for the kids.
