Special Guest Invicta FC Atomweight Jodie Esquibel

We will also have Invicta FC Atomweight Jodie Esquibel joining the show to talk about her fighting career and what she currently has going on until her next fight.

With a professional boxing background that dated back to age fourteen, Invicta FC Atomweight Jodie Esquibel is looking to continue her boxing success inside the Invicta FC cage. Jodie has trained at Jackson/Winklejohn’s in New Mexico for years, Esquibel was initially hesitant to make the transition over to MMA. After finally diving in she could not believe what she had been missing.

Esquibel made her boxing debut in 2005, winning five of her first 10 fights and drawing with current star Ava Knight. She made her amateur MMA debut in 2004, beating Jessica Thompson. She didn’t become fully committed to MMA until 2011, winning her first three fights before being submitted by Alex Chambers at Invicta FC 5.
