Follow on Google News | EnglishEdge language apps to now help Hindi and Bangla speakers learn EnglishBy: LIQVID eLearning Services Pvt Ltd “For a country as diverse as India where more than 22 official languages are spoken, it is important for people to speak a second language to communicate effectively in a cohesive manner. This cohesion is provided by English. That’s why English language education is so much in demand today.” says Vivek Agarwal, CEO Liqvid, explaining the reason for launching the app in Indian languages. App is currently available for free on Android. iOS version is expected to be released at the end of the month. The app has courses packaged according to users native language (currently Hindi, Bangla) thereby allowing them various combinations to choose from. “We have used our Aduro platform to build this course. But we have completely localized the platform in Hindi and Bangla.” says Vivek. The nature and design of the course is such that one can begin using the new language within a few days. Diifficulty level increses as you move up the course ladder. The same way as it happens in modern mobile games, which makes this app an engaging tool that never lets users get bored with the course by offering them exciting suprises on reaching every milestone. The design also helps the course assume more gamified nature. End
