Senior Move Managers, LLC celebrates National Senior Move Managers Week


The National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM) has declared May 10 -16, 2015 National Senior Move Managers Week. During this recognition week, NASMM and its accredited members around the US, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia are promoting the value of the Senior Move Managers’ commitment to assisting older adults and their families with later lifestyle transitions.

Senior Move Managers LLC assists adults and their families with downsizing and sorting their personal belongings as they prepare to move to a new residence. While they specialize in helping their clients with the emotional and physical aspects of sorting through a lifetime of memories, they also provide them with effective options and resources to increase efficiencies and reduce stress. The theme of this year’s celebration, “Beyond the Move: Clients, Colleagues, Community,” underscores the magnitude of these types of moves and highlights the Senior Move Manager’s focus on their clients, profession and their greater community.

“For adults who have lived in their homes for 30 or 40 years, it’s more than just a move.
