ATLANTA - May 26, 2015 - PRLog -- May 26, 2015 - ATLANTA- Robin Dyke, the Volunteer Coordinator of her local Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) in Locust Grove, Georgia, a city of over five thousand located within 35 miles of Downtown Atlanta, is not your typical small town PTO member. In the opening scene of Bravo’s new show “Mother Funders,” Robin is shown smoking a cigarette as a train sounds in the background passing a Locust Grove sign. Robin looks up nonchalantly and states, “Train’s coming. Welcome to Locust Grove.” And the show begins.

Dubbed the loose cannon of the group by their "Dear Leader," Robin is known to go “rogue.” With her no holds barred attitude, Robin is not afraid to tell it like it is and question their ever demanding self-titled commander-in-chief a.k.a Madam President, who has her heart set on raising $100,000 for their local elementary and preserving her legacy of breaking all previous fundraising records. Robin and the PTO President have a contentious history, but Robin’s expertise in fundraising and marketing is a force to be reckoned with and her efforts bring in big checks. A sales and marketing expert, Robin traded in her 60-plus hour workweek to become a consultant allowing her time to focus on her three children Kassi, Joseph and Jackson, whose numerous activities keep her calendar full.

While her off-the-cuff one-lines “you don’t need to handle me if you answer me, you have more rules changes than Cher has outfits and stop being a diva and play football” raise the eyebrows of her fellow PTO board members, it has made Robin the breakout star of “Mother Funders.” A true Southern girl, splitting her time between Louisiana and Texas growing up, Robin eventually moved to Ohio and married her husband Jason. She and her family relocated to Locust Grove in 2008 and instantly fell in love with the quaint community and its friendly hometown values. Like many of today’s women, Robin’s life resembles that of circus juggler as she balances the duties of wife, motherhood, friend, consultant, school and community volunteer. In her nonexistent spare time, Robin is an avid golfer, who has the dream of eventually turning pro.
