Attorney James L. Griffith Launches Griffith Dispute Resolution Center

May 28, 2015 - PRLog -- Well-known Philadelphia attorney James L. Griffith has announced the formation of the Griffith Dispute Resolution Center. The center will provide mediation, binding and non-binding arbitration services to corporations, insurance companies and other organizations.

In making this announcement, Griffith stated, “With attorney fees, expert witness fees and expenses related to appeals, the cost of litigation that often never comes to a conclusion, has truly gotten out of hand. Our goal is to provide dispute resolution alternatives that allow all parties to maintain control over spiraling costs -- and to do so in a fair and just manner.”

The center will focus on matters involving product liability, patent litigation, insurance coverage, class action lawsuits, professional negligence as well as other type of complex commercial litigation.

Most recently a partner at Fox Rothschild, Griffith has over 50 years experience helping parties achieve fair resolution to their disputes. He has served as a Judge Pro Tem and has arbitrated or mediated hundreds of settlements throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.
