GARDEN PARTY MASSACRE Announces First Cast Members!

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - June 16, 2015 - PRLog -- The GARDEN PARTY MASSACRE team has just announced the leading players in its crazy comedy/horror film.  Andy Gates and Nichole Bagby will play the hosting couple of the backyard gathering that goes horribly wrong.

Gates plays amateur baseball player and would-be hero Caleb Hartman who finds that burnt weenies are the least of his worries and Bagby plays his paramour, Addison Luntsky, the high strung hostess with more issues than a year’s subscription to the L.A. Weekly.

Gates’ boyish good looks have graced a wide range of projects from television roles on shows such as “Grimm” and “The Young and the Restless” to films including “Alien Rising” (with Lance Henriksen) and “The Sphere and the Labyrinth” (with Lesley Ann Warren).  But he has a soft spot for the horror genre and, after playing roles in several, more serious horror films, Gates says “I’m really excited to make fun of it all”.

Bagby is a Channel 101 star, known for her many brilliantly comedic portrayals in projects such as “Murderers”, “Fishbowls Are Definitely My Thing” and “Stupid Bitch”.  She’s also appeared on television on TLC's “Sex Sent Me to the ER”,  BounceTV's “My Crazy Roommate” and Nickelodeon's "Awesomeness TV". “Nichole’s knack for comedy is uncanny,” Blair says, “but we’re excited to get it in the can for GARDEN PARTY MASSACRE.”

GARDEN PARTY MASSACRE, a fast-paced, hilarious romp in the vein of Shaun of the Dead and Tucker and Dale vs. Evil, is set to begin preproduction this fall through Blair’s production company, PIX/SEE Productions; just days after Blair’s earlier film DEADLY REVISIONS is released on 9/29/15 via SGL Entertainment.  DEADLY REVISIONS won several awards for its actors, so Blair has proven he knows how to cast a film wisely.  And with Bagby and Gates, GARDEN PARTY MASSACRE looks to be heading in the same direction, by way of a non-stop laugh riot.
