Bisnar Chase Named One of the Best Places to Work in Orange County Fourth Year in a Row

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - June 16, 2015 - PRLog -- For the fourth year in a row, Bisnar Chase Personal Injury Attorneys has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Orange County by the Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group. The list has been compiled for the last seven years and Bisnar Chase has made the list since the company began its participation in the small business category, which is open to firms with at least 15 employees working in Orange County.

Companies that make it to Best Places to Work list are scored, ranked and evaluated based on the policies, practices and philosophies that define their workplace. A critical component of the process is a comprehensive employee survey. This questionnaire asks associates about their opinions on the firm's leadership, planning, corporate culture, work environment, pay, benefits, job satisfaction and overall engagement.

In order to qualify, the contest requires an 80 percent response rate to the survey from employees. The Orange County companies that make it to this list are recognized as the most successful in creating and maintaining workplace excellence, according to the Best Places to Work website.
