Typical solids control equipment Congo drilling customer

HOUSTON - July 2, 2015 - PRLog -- Congo is also rich in oil drilling market. We have one drilling client from Congo who bought shaker screen from us last year, are planning to China and buy more typical solids control equipment. All the batch solids control equipment (http://www.gnsolidsamerica.com/) will match the new oil drilling rigs for Congo.

For now, the most oil service provider & solids control service provider & mud engineering service provider in Congo are from Baker Hughes, Schlumburger, Halliburton etc. US international oil service company. Our client is domestic service provider with over 20 years working experience in Halliburton.

For the time being, the Congo client want to buy one batch of solids control equipment, not including mud tanks, and tank accessories. The mud tanks with accessories will be done locally to avoid high sea freight cost from China to Congo.

1) 2 sets of shale shaker

The shale shaker, customer require 1000gpm treating capacity. After talk with customer, we recommend 2 sets of shale shaker GNZS594E-HB (http://www.gnsolidscontrol.com/shale-shaker/), similar shaker screen to Schlumberger Mongoose screen.

2) 1 set of mud cleaner

After the customer confirm on the shale shaker, we recommend 1 set mud cleaner GNZS594J-2S12N (http://www.gnsolidscontrol.com/mud-cleaner/), with similar treating capacity 1000gpm and the shake deck is same as above 2 sets shale shaker. The shaker screen is also interchangeable.

3) 2 set of centrifuge

The customer need 2 sets centrifuge for barite recovery and also cut mud weight. We offer them 1 set fixed speed centrifuge GNLW452 (http://www.gnsolidscontrol.com/decanting-centrifuge/) with economic price and 1 set variable speed centrifuge GNLW363CG-VFD. This two type centrifuge is also our most popular centrifuge in middle east and Africa. We have many jobsite experience on how to use the centrifuge in proper way and use the centrifuge to the most effective way.

4) 12 sets mud agitator & 12 sets mud gun & 8 sets centrifugal pump & 2 sets mud hopper etc.

After the customer buy it, we will offer production drawing to help them design the mud tanks, thus to ensure the equipment installation on mud tanks will be no problem.
