Going Green with ASI Control Circuit Fuse Terminal Blocks

Automation Systems Interconnect Offers Fuse Disconnect Terminal Blocks with Green Lever Actuated Fuse Holder

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. - Sept. 18, 2015 - PRLog -- Automation Systems Interconnect, Inc. is pleased to announce a full complement of DIN Rail Mounted Fuse Terminal Blocks including lever style, screw cap and blade and cartridge holder styles. One group of lever acutated fuse terminal blocks is the SFR.4 Series measuring a compact 8.2 mm wide and has a green lever actuated fuse holder for insertion and extraction of 5 x 20 mm fuses. It is available with and without blown fuse indication. The models with blown fuse visual indication include 12, 24, 48, 115 and 230 volts.  The IEC rating is 6.3 Amps with fuse. It is UL recognized at 600 Volts and accepts wire terminations from 20 to 12 AWG.  The compact size and functionality make this circuit protection option appealing. The green hinged fuse holder clamps easily between the full metal screw clamp terminations for a secure connection. During circuit diagnostic testing, the fuse disconnects from the circuit by opening the hinged fuse holder.  The fuse is still contained but away from the circuit. ASI’s “Easy Bridge” jumper system is available to bridge common circuits.  When wiring a panel or machine make sure to include an ASI fuse holder and ground terminal blocks on your DIN Rail terminal block assembly.   For samples, product information and pricing visit ASI’s updated website at https://www.asi-ez.com/member/x562-5x20mm-Fuse-Terminal-Blocks.asp or call the factory toll-free at 717-259-3867.
