New Assistant Manager at Highland Presents Inc

AUSTIN, Texas - Oct. 9, 2015 - PRLog -- Kara, one of the first employees to start with Highland Presents Inc. has been with Highland Presents since April when they opened. She has worked very hard and built her team well. Kara was promoted September 9th, 2015 to Assistant Marketing Manager. Kara inspires loyalty in her employees who were so proud of her that several were brought to tears of pride for her when it was announced. "Kara is the type of person who's strong work ethic and determination is contagious, she has motivated everyone on our team to be better in both work and personal lives" Said Samantha the head of Human Resources for Highland.

When asked how she felt Kara replied "That feeling was incomparable. Like crossing through the finish line after miles and miles of obstacle course. The best part though: this is just the beginning. I have so, so much to look forward to and so much more to learn along the way! The learning and growing never stops.

I can't even express how good it feels not only to be hitting my goals after such a crazy amount of hard work, sacrifice, and mental toughness, but also helping my team hit theirs.

An above average work ethic, a focused mentality, and a positive attitude will absolutely get ou where you want to be. No matter what you're doing in life. If you have all three, work on constantly improving, and stop being afraid of the challenges and failures, you can do anything you set your mind to. Instead of being blinded by the end goal, we have to focus on the process that will get us to our goals."
