During the weeklong guided hiking tour, this small group (limited to 8 participants) will traverse wild-flower strewn meadows and pine forests, while surrounded by Italy's most spectacular mountain vistas. Guests on the hiking tour sample the local cuisine in rustic mountain rifugi, taste locally produced malga cheeses, and enjoy two fun hands-on cooking classes to learn the secrets to Sudtirol cuisine.
