By: CRH Healthcare LLC CRH plans to consolidate all Atlanta area locations under the recognizable Peachtree Immediate Care brand during first quarter of 2016. The consistent brand will signal an efficient, quality patient experience as well as the convenience of cross-center medical records and coordinated care. Additionally, the network will offer employers more location choices for occupational health services; thereby, making it more convenient for employees and employers alike. In addition to the very capable staff, all the centers have extensive lab capabilities and digital x-rays onsite, allowing patients to be seen for nearly all non-life-threatening medical issues without the long wait or high costs of an emergency room. “Over the years, many groups approached me to acquire these centers but I felt that CRH brought the best team, skills, and network to further build on our ten years of success,” said Dr. Cooley, the founder of MD Minor Emergency and Family Medicine. The acquisition, CRH’s fifth in less than three years, is part of CRH Healthcare’s growth strategy in the greater Atlanta metro region, which is part of a broader southeastern strategy that also includes three centers in Huntsville, AL operated under the Urgent Medcare brand.
