All therapies are provided in a scientific and holistic manner based on a guest’s needs.Every therapist undergoes rigorous training at the spa’s dedicated training academy in Pune. While the spa serves men as well as women, it follows a same-gender therapist policy.

Four Fountains De-Stress Spa also offers a Couples’ Suite at its spa. The suite has been built such that couples can experience spa therapies in each other’s company without compromising on privacy. Therapies are provided by same-gender therapists, i.e. a lady therapist for a lady and a gentleman therapist for a gentleman. A screen separates the two massage beds to allow couples to converse while two separate shower enclosures are provided within the same room.
