Tangram Fury to Be Highlighted on NewsWatch on Discovery Channel

CEDAR HILLS, Utah - Dec. 11, 2015 - PRLog -- Peepsock Press and NuFun games announce that the game, Tangram Fury, and the series of Tangram Fury Puzzle Books will be featured on Discovery Channel on December 18, 2015, in a segment on the NewsWatch television series.

NewsWatch is an ongoing series that has aired since March, 1990.  It recently celebrated its 1,000^th episode.  NewsWatch prides itself on providing consumers with information and spotlights on cutting edge and interesting technologies and products ranging from medical breakthroughs to travel tips to product innovations and more.

The Tangram Fury segment will spotlight the Tangram Fury game with a brief overview of how it is played and the enjoyment and benefits that can be gained from it, then transition to introduce the series of 18 Tangram Fury Puzzle Books that are now available.

“The books are a lot of fun,” Nufer added.  “The most popular are the two Christmas-themed books that have tangrams puzzles to solve of Christmas elves, Santa, figures from the Nativity, the 12 Days of Christmas and others.”

Nufer both wrote the books and designed the majority of the puzzles they contain.  Book themes include Christmas, the alphabet, Wild West, Sports, famous sites from National Parks and elsewhere, animals, fish, Hawaii, Science Fiction, Birds, and other topics.

“One of my favorite topics is Sci Fi,” Nufer said.  “I’ve had the good fortune to take my kids to Comic Cons and meet several actors, such as Carrie Fisher, Chris Evans, Ralph Macchio, John Rhys-Davies, and several from both Star Trek and Star Wars, the Lord of the Rings films, and others.  I’ve designed tangram puzzles of characters they’ve portrayed and have given them to them.  It’s fun to see their reactions and enthusiasm for the puzzles.”

The Tangram Fury game and the Tangram Fury Puzzle Books are currently available on the TangramFury.com website.  The books are also available on Amazon.com and other online bookselling sites.  Each book is paperback and has approximately 130 pages.
