Ty Elkins signs two-year agreement with Pro Rugby Agency USA.

Cross over athlete Ty Elkins today signed a two agreement with Pro Rugby Agency.   Elkins is a success story crossing over from playing as a receiver in arena football.  “Rugby drew my curiosity and now I am fortunate to have played across the globe in Canada, Sweden, and Kenya.” Elkins says on being a relatively new rugby player.   Elkins can play both the 7s format as well as 15s format.   In a short time, he has built a strong international rugby resume, playing at a high competitive level. He currently plays for Charlotte R.F.C and will be playing for the Royale Rugby International team at Las Vegas 7s in March.
