Diamond tools for grinding and polishing corners of concrete floors

CAMBERWELL, Australia - Jan. 20, 2016 - PRLog -- Grinding and polishing concrete corners and tight areas where an angle grinder wheel will not fit is now possible with diamond tools that fit an oscillating multi tool.

This solves the problem of informing the customer that you can provide a high quality polished concrete floor, but you cannot complete the tight corners. Now you can do both.

The first tool is the very coarse diamond plated finger tool which is used mainly on very hard concrete because normal hardness concrete is quickly worn away with the coarse finger tool. Following the coarse is the medium and then the fine finger tool after which resin pads can be used on the triangle hook pad tool to polish the surface.

Some larger areas such as stairs require the triangle tools in coarse, medium and fine grit before using the diamond resin pads to polish. The coarse diamond triangle tool will flatten the surface and remove high spots quite easily which is followed by the medium and fine triangle tools before using the diamond resin pads.

An economical kit of ten tools is available which contains the four finger tools mentioned above plus the three triangle tools and the triangle hook pad for the resin pads. Also supplied are a triangle and finger carbide rasp tool which are very quick to remove glue and coatings that would normally clog the diamond tools.

These tools are also able to perfectly finish floors up to walls and other edges for an excellent job with every detail attended to properly.  They can be used to clean out concrete cracks before filling, to grind and polish the edges of stairs, to remove heavy buildup of concrete around H section pylons in floors, around pipes in floors and at the back of objects such as toilet fittings or around partition stands.
