WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Feb. 29, 2016 - PRLog -- Marco rubio is by far an immature concerning con man and fraud upon the court.

When in fact he single handedly supported filing (us attorney, miami) false charges against me with his buddies in the southern district of florida, political mafia that control the court’s and the judges, all the way up to the appeals court at the eleventh circuit, as well as to washington, but most important to texas.

The bush family were kind enough to support rubio and place him under the bush camp wings of all the bush appointees to the southern district courts and the appellate courts in these united states, specifically the southern districts and the appeals court, both state and federal, as well as tax court and immigrations court.

The honorable magistrate judge palermo, who sits on the bench as the oldest and longest serving magistrate judge in america, stated… “rubio is a liar”, then proceeded to demand me to settle a false complaint.

I was labeled and named a con -artist (sound familiar,  see posting by palm beach post, part of the clan about me…con man, trump is right about reporters, they can be liars, especially when bribed).

Done purposely and vindictively in a mind set to not only politically sabotage me and ruin my great name with honors from the holy see, and many other doctorates, but also because of the bribery in the courts and favor with prejudice against the citizens of these united states.

I was denaturalized because of what i was told not only by the oldest magistrate judge in america but, also by private department of justice investigator of which i will be requesting under the (f.o.i.a.) all the documents concerning the sec. Irs. And immigrations whereby i was charged with securities fraud (4 million judgment) with out a day in court and then investigated, and still in tax court for taxes that i don’t and could not owe.

Whereby the tax auditors cleared me and the tax appeals officials changed the audits and slap me with taxes i cant owe by law.

Never the less not only did the doj investigator confirm the judge  magistrate concerning Rubio, he also confirmed the taxing and treasury departments involvement with ms. Learner and schulman whom targeted me for the very simple reason, to destroy my political and business career, because i am a true independent constitutionalist candidate that threatens the two for one party system of destruction to our constitution.

The rubio clan alienated bush and used the bribes in courts to have the judicial tyranny of the judges deny my rights under the constitution and violated their oath of office all in light of political favor. Rubio screwed jeb bush and two faced him.

Rubio is the con-man bribe money to take away my step son.

My wife has  not seen or heard from her child for five years when he lives down the street, based on the violations of our constitutional rights in family courts with the same bribed judges as in favor to their fellow friends, in tyranny and treason against the constitution.

So, when rubio states he is for the constitution and children, he is a liar.

The charges were filed for several reasons, one to destroy my political career because rubio was promised romney’s vp and rubio got favor from the courts and took the child away (no visitation rights, none for mother), because the contributions came from the regus corporation (dallas, tx. And ft. Lauderdale, fl.) and a uk citizen father (hiring ashcroft esq.) on work visa and stole my step son in violation of florida (law hb 1355). And then brain washed, and alienated my step son from my wife and our family.

Brain washing and alienation is a 6th level crime in florida and third degree felony, but yet i cant get a judge to hear the case because of rubios influence in the tyrant court room, because he is senator that defrauded me and my state.

Ashcroft esq. had the irs filed claims against me and audits, and then charged the audits, as well as the securities exchange commissions false charges and the us immigrations where my wife’s file disappeared from the uscis files.

To boot, i had insurance and the insurance companies “the hartford” and “the navigators” along with the same judicial tyranny threw my cases out of court, when the securities exchange commission purged themselves under oath that i had no insurance (still in court 11th circuit).

Talk about corruption and tyranny, all in the name of sitting judges, senators and former government agents, whom can and will manipulate the system to destroy innocent people and make them out to be con artist as in imperato’ s case, now trump.

This  was supported openly by rubio, the con man himself. Not to mention rubio support of obama, when in fact judicial watch (tom fitton) has factual evidence of obama ordering the fbi and other agencies to file false charges against his adversaries in 2012 race.  sound familiar?

Rubio learns fast how to con and use political hierarchies to social climb an political climb for him self and his own agenda, not for the american people.

A vote for rubio is a vote for bribery and control by big corporations and political favor.

Any vote other then a vote  for the bibles constitutional protection and preservation of our rights is an abomination.
