ATLANTA - April 26, 2016 - PRLog -- Founder, Meelah Williams and The P.R.O.U.D INC Foundation presents their 2nd Annual Autism Benefit Concert, Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at Atlanta's premier venue, Suite Lounge, located at 375 Luckie Street, Atlanta, GA 30313. Doors open at 7pm, show time, 8pm-11pm. The event is free to the public via RSVP and donations can be made here (https://www.paypal.com/cgi-b). 100% of the Proceeds will go to P.R.O.U.D (501c3).

While building on the achievements of the first (http://theybf.com/2014/01/11/rb-divas-gove-back-meelah-musiq-soulchild-host-a-benefit-concert-for-autism-with-keke) Autism Benefit Concert P.R.O.U.D strives to continue to inform, educate and share experiences. The benefit concert will feature six (6) amazing artists who are donating their time in support of our primary goal to increase the understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Artists include, Demetria McKinney, Donell Jones, Vina Mills, Kameron Corvet and Mishon. The event will be hosted by Atlanta's own Bone Crusher.

The event is an initiative that not only raises funds and awareness for the disease but also provides guests with the unique opportunity to network with autism advocates and a number of entertainment icons coming together for the cause.

About Autism
Autism is a general term used to describe a group of complex developmental brain disorders - autism spectrum disorders - caused by a combination of genes and environmental influences. These disorders are characterized, in varying degrees, by communication difficulties, social and behavioral challenges, and repetitive behaviors. An estimated 1 in 68 children in the U.S. is on the autism spectrum.

Parents Reaching Out to Understand Developmental Delays (P.R.O.U.D) is an organization to raise awareness for Autism and special needs. The mission is to provide a voice for special needs parents and create opportunities for families of children with developmental delays.
