Can't bloody believe it, a major art show, perhaps the major art show of the year, one of the most important shows in decades, in Weston bloody super Mare. I live in Weston-super-Mare, I'm an art and design historian, and a ten minute drive took me to Dismaland, the biggest art thing in ages. It became an irresistible magnet, a gloriously dismal, black 'selfie' hole; I couldn't resist and didn't want to.

The book contains interviews with nine Dismal Stewards.

They give a unique insight into the event in the form of witty anecdotes about: the celebrities, their jobs, the visitors and the parties. The Stewards retell the story of Dismaland from beginning to end and poignantly talk about the personal legacy.

Plenty of this with highlights of the work, including some of the drama too, the burst beach balls, the artist protests, the thefts and the reactions.
