Binfire establishes scholarship fund for women studying science & technology

NEW YORK - Nov. 27, 2017 - PRLog -- We are proud to announce today that Binfire Corporation has established a scholarship program for female students perusing science or engineering degrees in a three or four-year programs in an accredited college or university.

Each year Binfire will award five scholarships worth $2000 each to five female students studying science or engineering.

Female students studying Software engineering, Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Math, or Physics qualify to apply for this scholarship program.

To qualify, the students should have finished at least two semesters of studies and have a grade point average of 3.2 GPA or more.

Binfire will give preference in one of these scholarships to women who have been part of First Robotic program while studying in high school.

We believe more girls should be encouraged to study in technical fields. Our development office in Israel has been supporting the First Robotic program by encouraging more girls to participate in science and engineering activities.
