Commdex Awarded Task Order for Tower Inspection and Maintenance from US Coast Guard

NORCROSS, Ga. - July 31, 2018 - PRLog -- The US Coast Guard (USCG) has awarded Commdex a task order to provide tower inspection and maintenance services as part of the ongoing Tower Multiple Award Construction Contract (TMACC). This award is another milestone in Commdex's ongoing effort to further expand its presence in federal government as a prime contractor.

Commdex will provide inspection and maintenance of free standing and guyed communication towers at various USCG locations. The primary purpose of the inspection is to detect and report conditions requiring maintenance or repair before such conditions become safety, structural, or major maintenance problems. This contract incorporates towers located in Districts 14, which is comprised of the state of Hawaii in the United States. Commdex will perform ongoing routine inspections and maintenance, along with specific repairs and painting, to ensure the structural integrity and preservation of the towers at these USCG sites.
