I Like Me Book Launches Readers Into Living Free From Self-Condemnation

Readers discover their freedom in Christ and how to live free from the opinion of others.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Jan. 15, 2019 - PRLog -- In today's society self-condemnation is being fueled by the hurtful and often cruel opinions of others more than ever before. Suicide and abuse have risen with suicide being a leading cause of death in the United States. It is obvious people are hurting and their value has been diminished by their own beliefs and the beliefs of others.

Many people say they don't care what others think of them, but how true is that statement really? Have you ever purchased an outfit, wore it one time, and then moved it to the back of the closet after receiving a negative opinion from someone else? Or maybe you choose your profile picture for social media based upon the number of "likes" you receive. The fact is—we do care what others think, but the problem is, it often takes precedence over what we like. Instead of learning to like ourselves we often allow the opinions of others to determine the level of acceptance we give ourselves. This should not be!

It's often easy to figure out what we don't like about ourselves or our situation. But when it comes to actually say what you like about yourself many people will find it much harder to come up with an answer. The list can often be very off balance and much lengthier on the negatives than the positives.

In this interactive workbook, you will discover how you have fallen prey to the enemies deception and will learn to live free from the opinion of others and in the freedom of who Christ says you are!
