By: Business Women's Forum (BWF) The anticipated 600+ participants in the 2019 BWF will choose from six workshops to bring new knowledge and expertise back to their workplace and to network with workshop presenters: "Receiving Feedback With Grace" will be a morning workshop presented by Leading Edge Coaches Cindy Maher, Chief Humor Officer, and CEO and Jamie Guite, Expert Laugh Generator and Master Facilitator. The workshop will help participants build awareness around their reactions to tough feedback and how it affects their reputation, plus how to recognize triggers when receiving feedback, and strategies to react to feedback with grace and perspective. "ENGAGE!" morning workshop speaker, author, leadership, success coach and founder of THRIVEitude, Inc. Dana Hilmer will help individuals and teams find extra motivation and focus on their workdays, providing insights and actionable tools to cultivate workplace engagement. "Stand Out Leadership" will be a morning workshop presented by motivational speaker Podesta, owner of Connie Podesta Presents. Designed for company managers and team leaders, Connie takes attendees 'inside the minds' of an organization's most difficult employees to gain insights into how to turn negative attitudes around, change entitlement beliefs into accountability, and complacency into productivity. The afternoon workshop, "10 Critical Tools for Promoting Your Brand Online" will be presented by Lauren White-Bingley Design Founder and Creative Director. Lauren stated, "This workshop is for people and companies who want to build and maintain a stronger brand, built by what a person/company does, what they say and believe, and how well they act on their brand promise." "Maximizing Energy in a Demanding World" will be presented by Leading Edge Coaches Maher and Guite. This workshop will help attendees identify their four personal wellsprings of energy and how energy levels relate to project performance, how to recognize energy deficits, and how to develop a personal 30-day challenge to support their own energy and success.
