The property opened in May of 2016 and is owned by LA Creole Hospitality 1, LLC. Cornerstone Hospitality Holdings II, LLC will assume a partner position in the property and well as oversee operations. "We're excited to bring on a partner who has a vested interest in seeing the property be successful versus solely a property management company as we have had operating the property in the past," said principal partner John Biagas.
