Influencer Juliana No launches her busy mom cookbook

ORLANDO, Fla. - Dec. 28, 2019 - PRLog -- Local influencer, media person and 'mompreneur' Juliana No, also known as @MomHeels on social media, released her recipe book for busy moms like her this December, 2019.

The @MomHeels Busy Mom Cookbook is now for sale on Amazon on Kindle and Paperback versions. With over 20 recipes from appetizers to soups, main dishes or desserts, this book intends to make it easier for those busy moms who like Juliana, want to give their families a homemade meal but between work, the house and the kids, struggle to do so.

The book is comprised mostly of recipes that take between 10 and 30 minutes to elaborate or recipes that can be done in the slow cooker so that moms can continue on with their duties and work life while good food gets done.

Juliana moved to the US in 2010 Used to cooking lunch and dinner every day, the fast-paced life in the US with having her own business and being a mom required certain adjustments. "I didn't want to give up food made at home, so I had to get creative and make 10, 20 and 30-minute recipes or learn how to use the slow cooker and oven to create yummy dishes for the family while I still had time to run to business meetings and take care of my child".
