Abintegro digitises globally recognised CareerEDGE+ employability model

CHISWICK, U.K. - June 10, 2020 - PRLog -- Through an exclusive partnership, CareerEDGE+, the globally recognised model for developing graduate employability, has been fully digitised in Abintegro's Career Centre platform.

Created in 2007 by chartered Psychologists and graduate employability professionals, Dr Lorraine Dacre Pool and Dr Peter Sewell, CareerEDGE is a globally recognised model for developing graduate employability used by hundreds of universities and was recently updated to CareerEDGE+.

Commenting on the digitisation of CareerEDGE+, Dr. Lorraine Dacre Pool and Dr. Peter Sewell said:

The newly digitised CareerEDGE+ Profile offers students an easy, interactive way to complete the Profile form. Hints explain each statement, so students can self-assess more accurately and feedback is immediately available via an online report.

Students access a programme of learning, using Abintegro's Programme Manager, built around the five CareerEDGE+ elements. This enables them to instantly access relevant support for development, helping them to reach their goal of employability through self-assessment, learning and reflection.

The model's creators also added, "It's clear from the explainer videos, the digitised CareerEDGE+ Profile and supporting programmes of activity, that the Abintegro team has a deep understanding of CareerEDGE+ and its benefits to students and staff in academic institutions.

Additionally, the digitisation of this model provides universities with valuable evidence of the developing employability of their students. As those students re-score their CareerEDGE+ Profile, the university can see the increase in employability confidence in real-time.
